Only the pictured items are included in the listing, if it is not pictured or mentioned in the description it is not included. Place a bid only if you are serious about purchasing the item. If we (the sellers) are unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 7 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 14 days, the item(s) will be relisted at our discretion.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Payments are expected in a timely manner. Please contact us in the event that payment cannot be made within seven days. Payment arrangements can be made.

• We accept: PayPal, All Major Credit Cards, and Bank Wire Transfers in USD (There is a $25 wire transfer fee).
• A 6.75% Sales tax applies to NEW MEXICO residents or provide a resale tax ID for our records. We cannot process the order until we receive sales tax or a copy of your tax ID.

SHIPPING DETAILS:

All items will be securely packaged or palletized and shipped via the best and most economical way possible. Shipping and handling times may vary based on the packing requirements, so please allow up to 5 business days for handling time (possibly longer for freight items.) All tracking information is forwarded to the email address associated with your PayPal or eBay account.

SAME DAY SHIPPING POLICY:

• Please be aware that there will be a 10% expediting fee that will be charged, and that same day shipping may not be available for freight items or if UES is experiencing a large volume of outgoing orders.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• In the event that the bidder/buyer would like to handle the shipping arrangements, please provide us with your FEDEX or UPS shipping information and account number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS

• These products are subject to export restrictions under U.S. law. The Bureaus of U.S. Census and the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) regulate exports through the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). We DO NOT any sell items to any locations in Country Group E. Please be aware that we may require up to 30 Days to determine the products export classifications [Export Control Classification Number (ECCN)] and in the unlikely event that an export license is required, we would need an additional 30-90 Days for licensing.
• In order to comply with export control laws established by the US Department of Commerce and the US Department of State, we require a written statement defining the ultimate End User, the End Use of each product to be exported and the buyer’s agreement to comply with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). You will be contacted via email with the appropriate documents that will need to be returned to use in order to complete your order, please be advised that we cannot complete your order if you do not provide all of the data requirements.
• International Orders are subject to DUTIES, TAXES or other Import Fees; the bidder/buyer[s] is solely responsible for these fees, documents and transportation if held at a customs office in the destination country. FREIGHT

• You will be notified of shipping fees/charges within 1-3 days after listing ends as we require shipping dimensions before an invoice can be sent.
• Items over 150 lbs. will ship via FREIGHT. Pallet or crating fees may apply when required.
• If your item is to ship via Freight methods, please let us know if you require home delivery or if a lift-gate is required as additional fees will apply.
• If you want to arrange your own transportation, we will provide you with accurate dimensions of the pallet(s). However, we do require that the buyer provide a BILL OF LADING and Shipping Labels sent to us via FAX or email before we can release your item(s).
