The Encore's
EN908-NWY is a powerful, high-performance Fast Ethernet switching hub, with all
ports capable of 10 or 100Mbps auto-negotiation operation (NWay) which means the
switch could automatically negotiate with the connected partners on the network
speed and duplex mode. It is ideal for micro-segmenting large networks into
smaller one, connected subnets for improved performance, enabling the bandwidth
demanding multimedia and imaging applications. Moreover, the 10/100Mbps
auto-sensing ability provides an easy way to migrate 10Mbps to 100Mbps network
with no pain. Compared to the shared 10Mbps or 100Mbps networks, the switching
hub delivers a dedicated10/100Mbps connection to every attached client with no
bandwidth congestion issue. This switch also supports auto MDI/MDI-X crossover
function which means each port could be used to connect to another switch or
hub using a straight thru or a crossover RJ-45 cable. Store-and-forward
switching mode promises the low latency plus eliminates all the network errors,
including run and CRC error packets. The switching hub is plug-n-play without
any software to configure and also fully compliant with all kinds of network

& Conditions Payment- We accept PayPal and credit cards processed through PayPal or are in the office Monday to Friday and ship orders out every day. Shipments will be shipped out the same business day (excluding postal holidays) as long as the order is paid for by 3PM PT. All orders that are paid after 3PM PT will be shipped the following business day.
- eChecks generally take 3-5 business days to process (per PayPal). Items will be shipped the business day that the eCheck clears. eChecks that clear after 3PM PT, will be shipped the following business day.
- Standard shipping may include USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx Ground. We can upgrade to any other USPS or FedEx service at our cost with no handling fees.
- We use DHL Express for all direct International shipments. Many items the we do not directly ship Internationally ourselves are listed through 's Global Shipping Program and will ship from 's ship center. Please see the following for details on the program: can only ship to the shipping address you have selected at checkout. Please make sure to select the correct address when making your payment. If an order does have the wrong shipping information, the order will have to be canceled and reordered per and PayPal otherwise stated in the specific listing, we accept all returns for any reason.
- If the item has been damaged in your possession, we will not be able to accept the return.
- Restocking Fee: We charge a 20% restocking fee on new sealed items that have been opened (as we will have to resell them as used). We don't charge restocking fees on any other items, regardless of the reason for return.
- All returns MUST be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
- International Returns: We are not able to print labels from other countries. Please request approval on return shipping costs before shipping and we will reimburse you for them.
- We do record serial numbers for verification purposes and will report all falsified returns.
