Orange Computers is the Midwest's largest distributor of New, Used, Factory Refurbished Servers and related equipment. We are both an HP and a Microsoft authorized reseller. We test all used servers and related equipment before they leave our door.
Every used server is blown out, cleaned and all unwanted stickers removed. We do a complete load of the OS (and then remove) and fully test all components of the server including CPU, RAM, NICS, USB ports, and all hard drive bays to ensure everything is working properly.

What our warranty DOES cover: All hardware components in your order. If any component is malfunctioning, our technicians will work with you by telephone to diagnose and replace the faulty part right away. The replacement part will include a return label for you to send the malfunctioning one back at our cost, after you install the replacement.
What is NOT covered by our warranty: Cosmetic imperfections; we can only replace parts that negatively impact performance.
We can only offer limited support towards software or driver related issues, i.e. not caused by faulty or malfunctioning hardware.
You must troubleshoot with our technicians to resolve issues; we cannot send replacements without first working with you to verify the cause.
Many new items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Feel free to ask us for details on specific items.
If your equipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at the number provided in the box, and keep all packaging on hand.
If you experience any issues please contact us at your earliest convenience. Many issues can be diagnosed and fixed over the phone.
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges. All equipment is fully covered by our warranty, as described above.

All of our servers are carefully packed in locally sourced custom made packaging materials (2.2Mil foam and 350lb double wall boxes) to ensure that your order arrives safe and in good operating condition. Each server ships separately packaged, and in some cases we will ship components in a separate box to further reduce the chances of damage in transit. Occasionally equipment can become damaged in transit without it being obvious on the packaging. If you do receive damaged equipment please do not discard any packaging, and contact us right away.
For large quantity orders, sometimes freight shipping can cost less. Please feel free to ask us for a freight quote on larger orders, such as 10+ servers.US Shipping Only
