Shipping:All items are shipped out within 2 business days of receipt of payment, except international shipments which could take up to an additional 2 business days. Unless otherwise specified, determination of shipping carrier is made by us. However, every effort will be made to ship all items in the shortest time possible.

No third party billing for the shipping will be allowed.    All shipping must be paid in full prior to item being shipped out.

Please verify that the item you are purchasing is indeed the correct item for your machine. Also, please keep in mind that Dell makes multiple versions of just about all of their machines. So an item listed for a particular machine might not fit your version of that same machine.

How to find the Dell Part Number: Typically, the Dell Part Number is 5 digits and alphanumeric. In most cases there will be a white label on the assembly that contains alpha characters XX-0XXXXX where the X's could be any characters. The actual part number is shown as the second set of X's starting with the 0. So with the characters CN-0M8788, the Dell Part Number would be M8788.  The other way that the part number will be listed with be with embossed letters on the particular item following the letters P/N.  

Any returns on defective items within 14 days of delivery of the item will be issued a full refund for the amount of the purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days of receipt of delivery of the item, no refund will be given. All used items are tested to the best of our capabilities, however, in some cases we are not able to fully test something and will gladly warranty it.

No refunds will be given on software that has a visible serial number or key, or audio CD's or DVD's that are not damaged.

No refunds will be given until the purchased item has been received by us and verified to be defective.
