Shipping

We charge you what we get charged. If you have a FedEx, UPS, or DHL account, let us know and we will use that to ship your equipment. All shipments will be insured in full. We will ship internationally, but only on the buyer's FedEx, UPS, or DHL account. Buyer is responsible for all Duties and Taxes. We will ship within Three (3) business days of payment.

Warranty

All items we list on are warranted against defect and DOA. Express Computer Systems offers a 1 Year Parts Replacement Warranty on all Systems. This is a limited warranty and we do not guarantee compatibility with your hardware and/or software. Some systems still carry Dell warranties which are transferable please call 949-553-6445 for more info.

Return Policy

Defective items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of goods. Buyer pays for return shipping. No returns accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Shipping costs are non-refundable and there is a 20% re-stocking fee for all non-defective items returned.
