On Aug-22-17 at 06:36:31 PDT, seller added the following information:**Update** I just plugged in and started the laptop to update the BIOS. When starting the laptop the battery indicator says plugged in not charging for the status. Works as normal plugged in I just cannot get the battery to charge correctly.
On Aug-23-17 at 10:14:56 PDT, seller added the following information:**Update** Dell port replicator/dock will be included this should solve the charging issue. I ordered it today. Will be shipped with Laptop!
On Aug-26-17 at 02:56:05 PDT, seller added the following information:***Update*** I received the dock and hooked it up. Will not charge on dock either. Dock will be included. Laptop still works very well when plugged in I just cannot get it to charge. Sorry folks ran out of ideas. Coop
