Purchased in 2013. Used for heavy video, photo and audio production with relative ease until last year when I needed more RAM and could not add more to this machine. Since restoring to factory settings, it has been stuck on a restart screen. It seems that entering safe mode may result in a full restore, but I do not have the patience to devote to it now and this is sold as is. It could also be worth using the parts inside as replacements. Tower and power supply only. i5 processor, 8gb ram, 1TB hard drive, 8 usb, HDMI, VGA, SD card reader.
