If you\'re unsatisfied with the product for any reason, you can return the laptop by contacting us through messages. Laptop batteries are not covered under our warranty. Laptop batteries in these listings are untested and not guaranteed to hold a charge. Warranty for Computer that have an Operating System We offer a 90 day warranty on all hardware issues for our computers. If you experience any difficulties, contact our customer service department by sending us a message through . Warranty covers hardware issues only and excludes problems caused by abuse or tampering with components. Swapping internal components in computer systems will void the warranty. Installation issues with products purchased elsewhere will not by covered by our warranty.
