Return Policy:

Unless otherwise stated in the auction terms, all items are guaranteed to be materially as described and not DOA. With the exception of items sold 'as-is', you may return any defective item for a full refund within 7 business days of receiving the item with prior approval, less any shipping and handling costs. This server carries a 7 day no hassle return. You don't like it, return it within 7 days. Shipping is non refundable.All returns require an RMA number, which can be requested by email. Any non-defective items or items returned without an RMA number will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.
