This is a fully configured VAXstation running VMS 6.2

w/ keyboard and mouse. RGB cable, power cords, AUI and thinwirecable and H4005 tranceiver.

The pictures in the listing do not show the associated cables. All cables will accompany the equipment when it ships: RGB, Power, terminators, DECnet/AUI and some additional MMJ accessories/cables.

Here is the deal: I am selling the monitor and Computer as a system. The monitor is RGB and is like new - great contrast and brightness. The VAX with keyboard and mouse weigh 30 pounds (that includes the packing material) It will ship via USPS. The monitor weighs 55 pounds. The RGB cable will ship with the monitor.

Monitor note:

Because of the cost of shipping, the monitor and system unit will ship in 2 boxes. I will verify the cost of shipping for the monitor after sale is confirmed - based on the destination zip code. That cost will be added in the handling charges on your receipt. I will custom build a carton for the monitor to insure its safe arrival to your location. I recently sent a monitor andits shipping cost was $31.00 via USPS. But, the cost depends on thedestination zip code.

Remember: I am not listing the cost of shipping for the monitor in this listing because of the shortcomings of the e-bay/USPS shipping calculator. The shipping of the monitor will be listed as handling charges. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FAIRLY for the TOTALshipping charges.

I am a prior DEC Field Service Engineer (17 years) and will assist the buyer with telephone supportconfiguration if needed at no extra cost. The buyer will initiate the support telephone calland will install at a mutually agreeable time. I have an additional VAXstation as a supportunit if needed.

WOW did I make a mistake on the amount of memory installed on the VAX - it is 16MB the original memory that was installed in these systems. This system has NOT been altered!! The VAX 4000-60 was not equipped to handle 56MB of memory. I apologize for any misrepresentation or misunderstanding this might have caused. If I find additional memory that will fit this system, I will send it with the system. Mike
