It has hardware version A1 and the latest firmware version 2.0.1 ("for Comcast users only") from the D-Link support page is installed. It comes in the original box with all accessories (installation guide, CD, etc). We have been using the modem with suddenlink for 2 years without any problems. Retail price is $60-$70.
