It comes complete with box, new ethernet cable, router, power cable, quick start guide, installation cd, unused stand, and screws to mount router on the wall if you'd like. The only reason I am selling it is because I downgraded to a Wireless-G router since I didn't have the need for the Wireless-N feature.
