This switch is used, but it has been tested by our on-site techs and works fine. It has some minor scratches on the casing from normal use/wear but overall the unit is in great shape. These photos are our generic pictures taken for the items in this lot.

Shipping: Shipping cost is for handling/packaging materials, insurance, and the carrier charge for shipment. We will combine shipping for any items smaller/ weighing less than a Mac/PC tower.
FedEx is our primary shipping service, although we can make exceptions to ship small items (laptop or smaller) to a P.O. Box via USPS Priority Mail. We only ship to the US 48 States and we do not ship to APO addresses due to restrictions that prevents us from printing postage on site.

**We now offer local pickup on won items at a fee of $10 per item. However, we are not open to the general public. Please call and make an appointment for local pickup.**

Payments: We accept PayPal (US currency only), money orders, and cashier checks. Credit cards can be paid through PayPal as well. If you pay through PayPal we can only ship to the confirmed PayPal shipping address. If you are sending a money order please email us to inform us. Also, let us know if you need more than 5 days to make your payment and we will make sure not to relist your item.

Arrival of your item/Warranty: If your item has a warranty please check your item and operate it when you receive it to confirm any problems. Email us first so we can resolve it. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response to your issue (we are not open on weekends).If you want extended warranty coverage for your item SquareTrade does offer warranty plans for purchase through them, not us. Their link is posted in every listing or you can also go to SquareTrade.com. Sales Tax: Any items sold/shipped within the state of California will be charged 7.25% sales tax as required. If you are a reseller (with a seller's permit) in California who is purchasing from us for the purpose of resale we can exempt you from sales tax once the following conditions are met. You must email us first (auctions@poweron.com) and request a reseller exemption form. You must print, fill out and sign, then fax us the form with a copy of your seller's permit. After we receive that information we will send a revised Ebay invoice without sales tax.
