This is a brand new, just assembled custom-built PC! Assembled from all NIB parts. I only use the best! Has not been powered on yet, is BRAND NEW. This machine screams with power, beginning with the top-of-the-line i7-7700K chip matched with GTX 1080 graphics, and 32GB RAM to handle even the most challenging of games and work apps. The NVMe drive powers through data at an astouding 3500MB/s read and up to 2100 MB/s write. Both the CPU and the GPU are Water Cooled for longevity and performance.All my systems ship with TITANIUM rated PSUs for maximum efficiency and reliability.

When you place your order, I will do the following:
1) Install Windows 10 Pro 64-bit OEM and attach Certificate of Authenticity Labels to the tower case2) Update all drivers beginning with the motherboard BIOS3) Update Windows 10 to the latest patches released as of your order date4) Ship after 48 hours of testing to ensure quality. Please allow up to 3 business days for this to be completed! This will include stress-testing of the graphics card, CPU, NVMe drive and PSU to ensure everything is working optimally. Photos and videos of testing will be linked to you as we work on your order.

I stand fully behind my desktops! I accept returns with refunds (see terms in policy). I offer 2 years of free tech support, no charge, labor and cost of parts included if you are able to swap them out with live over-the-phone help. If you prefer, I will service the desktop directly but you must pay for shipping the desktop both ways. After the first 2 years, I offer 1 additional year of free tech support to resolve your problems but you pay for parts and cost of shipping both ways. This item ONLY ships to VERIFIED PAYPAL ADDRESSES within the USA, including its territories and possessions, no exceptions. Adult signature will be required, no rerouting of shipment will be permitted. If package is damaged during shipment, do not accept it until the damage is verified and a claim can be made. I ship with full insurance only.
Please note that the Samsung 960 Pro 1TB featured in photo #1 is an available upgrade, and is also New-In-Box. This PC has the 960 Pro 512GB Installed at this time.
Warranty and Tech Support Details:
- 3-Year Tech support: I offer unlimited, free over-the-phone tech support to resolve any issues affecting your PC, including assistance in configuring Windows 10 for the first three years. I do not offer support for other programs, but you can purchase a tech support plan for other programs by contacting me. This includes diagnosing hardware problems amd Windows 10 problems for your original configuration only, not for any changes to the components you may have made or for any other software.
- Two-year warranty on parts: During the first two years, when a problem is diagnosed through tech support that requires replacing a component of your PC, I will initially charge you the cheapest retail cost listed in a reputable online merchant for that item. This charge will be fully refunded to you when I receive the component you took out of the PC and after checking that the serial number matches your original configuration. All payments and refunds will be processed for this process will be handled through PayPal. I will pay for shipping the component(s) to you, and you will pay to ship the replaced component back to me.
- Ship it back to me for service: You may elect to ship your desktop back to me within the first 2 years for servicing, but you must pay for shipping charges both ways including cost of insurance, tracking and signature delivery confirmation. All labor and parts are at my cost, no charge to you.
- AnyTime Upgrade Program: I offer an upgrade program that you may use at any time -- if you wish to have components replaced, or your configuration changed, please contact me for a quote.
- After the first two years, I offer you an additional year free tech-support. This excludes any cost of parts and shipping charges (both ways). You may also choose to purchase lifetime free tech-support and maintenance options, please contact me for details.
- As part of your unlimited free tech-support program in force at the time, you may be asked to install remote-access software such as Team Viewer that will enable me to help you configure Windows 10 and install any necessary drivers and such if you feel you cannot handle the problem yourself directly. This is usually the fastest way to resolve Windows 10 problems.
- Please note that this PC ships with the OEM version of Windows 10, as such, Microsoft does NOT offer support -- that is my job as your custom PC builder.
