Please be sure to plug into the dedicated video card via the DVI or Displayport. If you plug into the onboard VGA, that is not going to display anything with the presence of a dedicated video card. This is normal and NOT a defect.

Return Information
We will accept returns up to 14 days after date of delivery. Buyer responsible for return shipping, insurance and proper packing. Items tested as working, missing parts, damaged on return, or due to buyer remorse will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any returns must be received within 30 days of original delivery date.
All returns must be approved before they should be sent back. Items sent back without communication will be considered “abandoned” and we will re-sell, recycle or keep the item.
