Most packages are shipping USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. If your item is larger, please check the shipping method as it may change to accommodate the size, using USPS Standard Post or FedEx SmartPost. In the vast majority of cases, USPS First Class is just as fast as USPS Priority Mail. Proper Packaging

Like many of you, I have purchased many items on myself and can say with a decent amount of accuracy, that items, in general, are not packed well at all. The biggest offenders being the giant sellers ones who just throw and item in a plain ol\' bag and throw it out to ship. You won\'t find that!
Having over 20 years in the shipping industry, I have developed tricks and the knowledge to pack well and efficiently, while also being environmentally conscious.

Hat and Baseball Cap Packaging

All hats and caps are shipped out in boxes that can withstand over 150 pounds of pressure. The hats are also safe from the sun and from water/rain and puncturing. I take pride in shipping my ( your ) hats and do my best to ensure that they reach you safely.

Soda Can, Background Grid, and Examples

The soda can you see in some pictures is only there to show the relative size of the main item.
I use a standard side Pepsi Max soda can. If you are a Coke fan, I apologize and hope that you can forgive me.
Most pictures are taken on a white or gray grid with an identical background. Each square represents a 1\" x 1\" block. This can also give you an idea of how large the item is. I try my best to measure everything I can, but in case it isn\'t listed, you can fall back on the grid and the good ol\' soda can
Sometimes I may use examples, such as tools in a tool bag, caps on a mannequin or a computer component plugged in to show some sort of functionality. These items are merely included to make you feel safer making the right decision for your needs and are not included in the sale. Deception is never used. I will place what is for sale in the title and usually in the \"Item Details\" box

Product Measurements

I try to ensure all measurements are as accurate as possible. Many manufacturers either under measure or over measure; For example, a particular tool bag is rated at 12\" but when in use and actually measured, it\'s much closer to 13\". In most cases, I will round to the nearest 1/4 inch.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. I allow this under the understanding that the buyer pays shipping back.
As-is items are subject to a 20% restocking/time/inspection fee. Buyer pays shipping
If the item was sold new and is now opened and used, a 20% restocking/repackaging/depreciation fee will be deducted from the refund.
If an item is used, it must be returned in the condition it was delivered in.
A full inspection will be done, INSIDE and out to certify that no tampering was done to the item ( most often with electronics ), that the item has not physically been damaged, that firmware or software has not been altered ( In special circumstances ), and is exactly the item sold. Fraud will absolutely, and with certainty, not be dealt with lightly.
