I have decided to answer some of them here.

1.\"How do you know which side to plug it in the Amiga? Looks like it is not the square plug with the dent.\"

- There is a black version as well

Note that distance between 2 upper pins is

greater than between 2 bottom ones.

There is only one position you can plug it in.

\"Dent\" is not required to recognise the right position.

(If you are strong enough you can do it any position and angle though)

2.\"Does this work with any atx psu?\"

Yes. There are several versions regarding the main connector. There are 20 pins and 24 pins versions. I heard about 16 pins as well. Amiga does not need those extra 4 pins added in 24 pins version.

You can plug 24pin plug to 20pin only one way.
