Condition

The computer unit\'s power LED lights up when the unit is plugged in and turned on.

Nearly all keys on the computer press and depress appropriately. The exception is the backspace key which has been snapped off and needs repair.

All pieces of this listing have scuffs, scratches, and dirt consistent with prolonged storage and/or use.

This unit was not connected to a monitor/TV, so video output is untested.

This is the extent of testing done on this system. Do not assume anything else is functional without repair. This includes any of the accessories, games, or peripherals. As such, everything in this listing is being sold \"AS-IS.\"

Returns

Returns and/or refunds are not offered for items listed as \"AS-IS\" or Parts & Repair. The exceptions for this policy are:

• If the item is not as described in the listing
• If we accidentally send you the wrong item

To return an item due to these reasons, please contact us within 14 days after the delivery of the item with the reason for return.

Buyers returning an item must ship the item within 5 business days after receiving a shipping label.

The item must be returned in the original packaging, properly repacked, and in its original condition.

Any significant changes or tampering of the item making it impossible for us to resell it at its original selling price will VOID any refund.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the return has been received and confirmed with the stated issue. Refunds are issued through PayPal only.

Shipping

This item will be shipped using FedEx Ground / Home Delivery.

All international shipments will be sent through \'s Global Shipping Program. We are unable to offer other international options at this time.

We also offer local pickup.

On rare occasions, if an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately to allow us to open a damage claim with the shipping service. We will then reply back to the message and may request photos of the damage.
