I received this item as part of an asset disposal contract for large company. I don't have any way to test it as I don't have another Cisco Catalyst 6500 lying around the house that I could plug it into. So, it might work and it might not work. My suggestion would be to bid on it as if you were buying it for parts or repair. If you buy it and it works perfectly, well I guess you won the lottery. No, I won't ship it to you so that you can test it, please don't ask. I'm satisfied to let the market (ebay) determine the final price on this.

Note that I am not a network engineer (I'm more of a database guy) so take that into account before you send me any questions about this item.
