Warranty:
Unless otherwise
stated, we provide a 60 day warranty including shipping and return shipping
costs from the date of receipt to review for any defect or deficiency. A 10%
restocking fee will be charged on returns or exchanges of any non-defective
items. Defective items will continue to be covered by our standard 60 day
warranty. We personally test and guarantee every item we sell. If your item
arrives and does not work we will replace it or refund your money, including
shipping costs. Standard 30 day warranty for hardware sold to other resellers.
This warranty does not
cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse,
problems with electrical power, service not authorized by NetworkingGear, LLC,
usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required
preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not
supplied by NetworkingGear LLC.

NetworkingGear, LLC
must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of product if the package is damaged
during shipping. Federal Express will be contacted and a claim initiated. The
claim can take up to 15 days to complete. Federal Express requires that all
original packaging material be kept and available for inspection by their
representative.
International
Shipping:

will gladly ship to any country in the world as long as no federal trade laws
are in violation. Contact us for a

is received. You are responsible for any duties, tariffs, import taxes, or any
