Most of it is only tested to power on and nothing else. We honestly don't have the expertise to fully test most of what we get in beyond powering it up and "tinkering" with it a little bit. Asyou can see yourself from our great feedback, about 98% of this stuff ends up working perfectly and the customer gets a great deal since they are buying it at "as is" prices. However, some of it does not work perfectly or at all, and you may get stuck with one of those pieces if you choose to bid. If you are looking to buy guaranteed tested working orget your money back type equipment, please do not bid on our auctions aswe cannot and do notguarantee that. However, if you are looking for an item for parts or repair, or like to roll the dice on an as is item working perfectly, please feel free to bid. As for the used items, we would describe the cosmetic condition as fair to good, with normal surface scratches that you can expect from used equipment.
