Payments:

• Arrangement for payment must be made within 7 days of auction closing or we will be forced to leave negative feedback and file an Unpaid Item Dispute. After the 7th day if you have not contacted us we will be relisting the item and cannot guarantee availability if you send payment.
• For all orders wecurrently accept: Pay Pal - Money Order, or Personal Check. When paying with personal check order will be shipped after check clears.
• If your total order is for more than $200 you can also call and pay with a credit card over the phone.

Shipping:

• All orders are shipped within one business day of payment clearing.
• All items are shipped via either Fed Ex, or USPS depending on the size of item, where it is being shipped to and the value of the item.
• When shipping Fed Ex if you want “Signature required delivery” Please add 5.00 to your payment. (Put a note on your payment you want “signature required delivery” and your contact phone number. WE MUST HAVE A PHONE NUMBER)
• Alaska and Hawaii email for shipping costs.

Returns:

• If you feel your item is defective please contact us via email for approval and instructions before shipping the item back.

• If an item you receive is different than we've described it here, we will promptly refund all your money upon its safe return. However, customers who abuse eBay's feedback system and leave a complaint instead of contacting us and giving us a chance to make things right are not eligible for refunds.

• We do not accept returns for compatibility issues; so please verify compatibility before bidding.

• Returning for exchange or refund, postage is responsibility of buyer. (Customer return shipping costs are not refundable for any reason.)

• All returns are tested and processed within 1 week of receiving the item. Upon testing your return and verifying it is defective we will either ship you a replacement or issue a refund based on availability of comparable replacement.
• If you ship back an item without requesting approval or receiving instructions; the package will be returned. If you fail to follow the instructions sent to you it will delay processing of the return.
