Non-Paying Bidders: Order of Events

• Day 3 we send you a reminder to complete checkout
• Day 7 we send you a second reminder email
• Day 10 you're reported as a non-paying bidder to eBay
• Day 13 final reminder sent
• Day 14 your account is flagged and negative is left.
  

NETECH, INC. RETURN GUIDELINES

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department.

Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to Netech, Incorporated. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for Netech, Incorporated to process your RMA. An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at Netech, Incorporated’s discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item. All items sold through Netech, Incorporated are subject to our Policy and Agreement. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.

Standard Netech, Incorporated Warranty Policy
Our Standard Warranty Policy covers most products sold by Netech, Incorporated, unless otherwise indicated. Merchandise under our Standard Return Policy may be returned within 180 days* of the original invoice date for a replacement or refund. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
* 90 days if buyer is a reseller.

Limited 30-Day Netech, Incorporated Return Policy
Products that state "This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days only" must be returned to Netech, Incorporated within 30 days of the invoice date. Products in this category that are labeled as Non-Refundable (or similar labeling) may only be returned for a replacement.

ADDITIONAL RMA TERMS

Physical Damage Policy
Physically damaged items cannot be returned to Netech, Incorporated.
Improper installation/insertion of modular networking components may cause back plane damage or bend pins. . Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use.
If you return any physically damaged item to Netech, Incorporated, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
Sometimes items are returned to Netech, Incorporated after the product has been discontinued. If we no longer carry an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email with two options: either Netech, Incorporated can send you a comparable replacement item, or a refund of the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 14 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.
