Any item that we sell that is not working properly when received by the buyer will be covered under the terms of our warranty. The item will be exchanged/returned/refunded to the seller at the buyer?s expense. The item will be tested to determine its condition. If the item is not working and there are no obvious signs of physical damages, we will exchange the item immediately if it is available in stock, or the amount for the item, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded.
