Return Policy Discount PC International's trained technicians test each individual computer and/or part. In addition to the hardware testing, each unit is given a complete visual inspection to ensure good cosmetic condition. This ensures your complete satisfaction upon delivery. All PC's and laptops come complete with a limited 6-month warranty. Discount PC will offer complete parts and labor coverage for the initial 90 days and an additional 90 days of labor only coverage (software support not included). All other items are sold with a 30 day warranty unless otherwise noted (original shipping charges are non-refundable).

Contact Us
In the event that there is a problem with the shipment, simply send an email to auctions@discountpc.net with your item number, contact information, and a description of the problem. You will be contacted back with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and instructions for the return of the item. You will be responsible for shipment of the item back to our facility. Replacement product will be provided promptly. In the event that replacement product is not available, you will be refunded on your purchase (original shipping charges are non-refundable).
