Fairly sized items shall all be shipped through FedExfor the provided shipping rate. When shipping through FedEx, the buyer shall send us his contact number upon payment. This is so that FedEx will have a way to contact the buyer in case no one is available to receive the item.

In the case of bigger items,the winning bidder shall immediately contact us upon auction close to discuss possible shipping options and rates. Handling or packaging fees may apply for some items that need to be palletized or need special packaging.

Buyerslocated near Hayward, CA (94544) may do a personal pick up from our facility upon advanced notice.

Payment in advance only and shall be made within 10 days of closing. PayPal payment is preferred. Cashier's check accepted; money orders NOT accepted. Orders worth $200 and over will only be shipped to a confirmed address.

RETURNS:

Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for freight expense on all returned items. Refunds, if due, will be made by company check after inspection of returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
