Unfortunately we can not ship internationally or to APO/ FPO / P.O. Boxes.No Local Pickups unless otherwise specified. Any Freight shipments are to be arranged by the customer. Operating Systems and Software:

Computers, Servers, Laptops, and any other computing containing device will ship without an Operating System. No “Windows XP”, “Office” or DVD software is included. You will need to obtain legitimate copies of operating system software to fully utilize these items.Computer, Laptop, and Server Hard Drives will arrive unformatted without partitions. You will need to format the disks using your own operating system software.The description may disclose the computer has a "Windows XP/2000/98 COA" which indicates there is a sticker on the side of the case. This does not mean an operating system or any software will be included. We do not include any restore media or disks.

Returns and Refunds:

Returns are allowed within 30 days of payment. If there is a problem with any item you purchase, we will accept the item back and issue a full refund. Buyer is required to pay return shipping, which is non-refundable. Please contact us by phone or email before returning the product. Please allow 1-2 days for a response. We Operate 8-3 Monday – Friday, EST. We are closed Saturday and Sunday, and on all Government Holidays. We will do our best to accommodate return requests in a timely fashion. All items we send are serialized and will be checked for authenticity upon receipt. Fraudulentreturns will not be processed.
