We ship items out within 2 business days of receiving payment; you will receive the tracking number if applicable one business day after your item has shipped. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses, so if you are in the U.S. you must provide your physical address for shipping.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES / WARRANTY:

In order to expedite the refund process, the R.M.A. Request Form that is included in the package along with the item(s) must be filled out and sent back along with the item.
