Once the auction ends we request payment to be made within 3 business days via paypal. If you decide to pay with a money order, payment must be received within 5 days of the auction end. After 5 days, if payment has not been received we reserve the right to relist the item and file a report for non-payment. Feedback will only be left after we have received payment.

You are responsible for return shipping. Please send us tracking information once you have sent the item.

Once we receive the returned item, our technicians will make every effort to duplicate the problem. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue a full refund of the original purchase price.

If our technicians are not able to duplicate the issue, we will contact you for further direction. If you opt for a refund on equipment found to be issue free, a 35%, restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
