Product Condition

This equipment was removed from a customer site in working order and has been retested in our lab. It is being sold as used. No documentation, software, licenses, or other collateral is included.

Warranty

We guarantee this item against DOA and working for30 days after received. If for any reason there is a problem, the item will be replaced if we have a like item in stock or the purchase price will be refunded. We do not pay return shipping. If the item is returned not in its original condition (as shipped from our warehouse) then no refund or replacement will be issued.

Payment and Shipping

We only shippackages via FedEx and UPS. We WILL NOT ship via USPS. We WILL NOT ship terminal to terminal. All items purchased that weigh over 100 lbs. when fully packaged will be palletized and shipped via freight. Freight quotes are available upon request. All packages leaving our facility must be insured. We accept only PAYPAL, Certified Check or Wire Transfer. Buyer pays all packing and shipping costs. We will ship to most regions in the world. Shipping costs are calculated at end of bidding. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Buyer must contact us within 3 days of the end of the auction to arrange payment and payment must be made within 10 days of the end of the auction, otherwise the item will be re-listed. Completedauctions canceled by the winning bidder are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to cancel the Auction at any time. We reserve the right to cancel or re-list the auction if the winning bidder has no feedback or negative feedback.
