We don’t accept Paypal for local pick ups. Based on Paypal policy all items $250 value and over will be shipped with signature required service. Shipping and Handling Fees are not negotiable. Insurance claims for lost or damaged packages are refunded to you typically within four to six weeks. (Based on UPS timelines).

PAYMENT: We accept PayPal,Money Orders, and Cashiers checks.Full payment must be made within 7 days after close of the action. If payment is not received within 7 days, we will file a NON-Paying Bidder Claim and re-list the item. Once the item is re-listed we CAN NOT turn back, so please keep in touch with us. Customers inGeorgia will be charged applicable sales tax.

For all none AS IS items we give 7 days warranty from the day buyer receives the item. All Returns must be pre-authorized, and for defects only. It is your responsibility to determine compatibility with your hardware & software. READ the ad before bidding, & if unsure, email us with questions. If you make a mistake, you should accept responsibility for your actions. In selected cases, we may allow you to purchase alternate items from our stock instead of the auctioned item. In case you receive the damaged item, all shipping, packaging materials, and boxes must be saved. Carriers will pickup the damaged item for inspection.Failure to provide everything necessary for us to file a damaged claim will void your warranty. Non-defective returns will be returned to you COD. In any case, if buyer requests & is granted a refund instead of a replacement item,only the price of the item will be refunded. Shipping and Handling will not be refunded.
