Belkin OmniView Serial Console Servers (SCS) provide IT professionals with the tools to proactively monitor, manage, and repair today's mission-critical IT infrastructure hardware. Designed to offer out-of-band access to CLI (Command Line Interface) devices, the OmniView SCS (also referred to as a Terminal Server) allows direct, local console access to network switches, routers, firewalls, VPN equipment, and other platforms managed via command line, or VT100 interface.Belkin OmniView Serial Console Servers, available in a 16-port form-factor, provides HTTPS, SSH, and Telnet access to any high-availability assets within the IT infrastructure. Providing user-level access control, IT managers and administrators can deploy these devices across their IT landscape and provide team members with granular port access and security management.Utilizing direct Transmission Control Protocol [TCP], users can connect directly to specific attached devices for immediate response and access to problematic hardware. OmniView Serial Console Servers are utilized to maintain critical systems, perform routine console-level maintenance, and reduce MTTR (Mean Time to Recovery).

Return Policy - If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of the date of shipment. We will exchange items or give you a refund for the full amount of your order. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals and all accessories. A restocking fee of 15% may be charged if your product is not returned in its original unopened condition/box or is missing packing material, manuals or any accessories.

Return Process - Contact MacMall at 1-800-622-6255 within 30 days of shipment for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning product. No returns will be accepted without a RA number. Once an item arrives at MacMall, we will immediately send a replacement or issue a refund. Returns must be made within 15 days of Return Authorization.

Warranty & Service - Warranties for computers & electronics sold by MacMall are supported by the product manufacturer. If a product requires service under warranty, customers are directed to contact the customer support of the individual manufacturer. *Please note exceptions: No returns accepted on opened software. 7 day limit on the return of unopened software. Defective software may be returned within 7 days of invoice date only for exchange of same title.
