We do not ship to PO Box address. We do not ship to unverified address. Optional insurance. Buyer take the risk for shipping without insurance.
2. We are unable to offer you the option of picking up your order as we ship from numerous warehouses nationwide.

Bidding Agreement

1. We will contact the winning bidders within 1 business day after end of auction via emails. In some rare exceptions, if we are not able to contact you within this time period, please send us emails. 2. If payment is not made within 5 business days of auction end date, the auction will be considered closed and negative feedback reported.

Return Policy

1. If merchandise is defective we will supply you with a replacement. No refunds or credits. If the exact item is not available, we will substitute the item with a similar item of equal or greater value. Defective item or content discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Item must be shipped back in new condition and properly packed. RMA number is required for all returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

   • Email within 7 days of receiving shipment and request RMA number. Return item must be received within 14 days after RMA Number is issued. Return item must be accompanyed with original invoice and original packing, also mark RMA number on the box.
