We do our best to give an honest and fair presentation of all items that are listed. We are a repossession and re-marketing company and most of this equipment has just come from corporate leases. As a result, most items that are being sold are not things we have owned for any considerable amount of time or used thoroughly. Thus, we may not always know the exact condition of a piece of equipment or be able to attest to its complete operational status. We always test to the best of our ability, but can't guarantee everything to be 100% all the time.

    Feel free to ask questions, however all information we have about an item is given in the auction. Items include only what is shown in the pictures or stated in the auction. Often manufacturer specification sheets are included in the auction for additional reference information and may include part numbers of items offered as additional features or accessories by the manufacturer. Stock photos are occasionally used on multiple items. We answer as many emails as possible. Some weeks we may have hundreds of items listed and may not be able to get to all questions before an auction ends. Email will not be answered on weekends or holidays.     You are responsible for the payment of all shipping, handling, insurance, and any other related charges for shipping. Our preferred ground method is UPS Ground. Ground quotes are located at the bottom of the auction page. These rates are for US shipments only. Freight items are quoted as soon as possible. Handling charges will be added to the freight quote. Fragile, large items require special care and will be quoted based on the best possible shipping method. Please allow 4-10 days before freight items will be shipped. These items are packaged carefully and require extra time for packaging. Any other shipping arrangements must be arranged by you and be accompanied with a release form, relieving us of any damages that may incur. We will not ship until we have a proper bill of lading and release form. These documents can be faxed to us at (614)334-5555. If damage does occur during shipment, no refunds will be issued until the claim is processed. Please notify us immediately if there is damage and we will provide the proper forms for the claim. We do not refund shipping costs. Whoever is in possession of the damaged unit, must pursue the claim.

    Per new Ohio law, items to be shipped to an Ohio address must include 6.75% sales tax on the total amount of the order, including the shipping charges.

    Pick-ups are welcome between the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. You must call at least one hour in advance before picking up. Pick-ups must be made within 14 days after the auction closes. Certified checks, money orders, and cash are all welcome at the time of pick-up. We do not accept credit cards direct, however you can pay via PayPal before your arrival. Company checks, personal checks, or credit cards are not accepted at pick-up.

    If you are picking up an item at our facility, please add 6.75% for Franklin County sales tax. A completed exemption form must be completed and signed at our location for tax exemption. This is required by Ohio law, and failure to pay the appropriate sales tax will render your auction invalid.
