S&H: I do not make up the S&H pricing. I type weight and method into ebay and it sets the price and sometimes it can be high. I do not print labels from home - I take everything to the post office to be accurately weighed. What I do offer is a refund of any overcharge in S&H of $1.00 or more back to your Paypal account (or by check if that is how you paid). There is also a $0.75 charge for Delivery Confirmation (sorry but a necessary evil). Shipping is within 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment (usually less) unless you pay by check and shipping will occur within 5-10 days of receipt of payment to make sure the check clears.
