This is an Atari 800XL with a Newell 256K memory upgrade, a dual operating system (Atari XL and Omniview 80), and the UAV-D video board. The memory upgrade has a switch that changes the way the memory is used. This is the only memory upgrade that I have found that will allow the 800XL to run the Atariwriter +80 word processing program. This word processer is a modified version of the Atariwriter Plus 130XE version. It was modified by the developers of the Omniview 80 operating system. The computer also has a switch that changes the operating system from the XL OS to the Omniview 80 column OS. The computer has been thoroughly cleaned and tested. All systems are in excellent working order. The computer is in good cosmetic condition. There are minor signs of wear but there are no scratches or cracks in the housing. The computer comes with a power supply and a video cable. I will include a working copy of the Atariwriter +80 disk if you want one. The disk is double density so it would require that you have a double density disk drive.
