So when you loose your power you will still have ahard line phone.The user's manual is included.3 unused belt clips still in plastic packaging included as well.This was replaced and upgradeda few years ago and has been in storage. Last we used it it worked just fine but we do notwarrant the current status of the working condition or batteries inside the phones. They will certainly need to be charged up again.
