trixbox Pro is a business class IP PBX system based on the Asterisk Open Source PBX Software. It is a hybrid-hosted solution aimed at reliability, ease of use, and supportability. From small systems with only a few analog lines and extensions to larger installs with multiple T1/E1 connections and hundreds of extensions, trixbox has a solution to meet your business needs.

This software has been designed to work with either analog or digital phone equipment and phone lines. That means you can use it with your standard analog phone equipment and phone lines (PERFECT FOR HOME OR SMALL OFFICES) as well as with the latest digital phone equipment, which is found in most medium+ sized businesses. The only equipment you need to get started is just about any spare PC that you have laying around (see system requirements below for full specifications).

We have successfully run our office for 6 years using an Asterisk based system, so please save yourself the thousands of dollars on purchasing a PBX when you can create one yourself for a lot less $. You can even download a free soft-phone you can use on your PC to make calls!

The bottom line is this: I've made many mistakes and learned a lot of things the hard way when I first started out, so I'm hoping to save you a lot of time, trouble and money by including anything I think you'll need on the CD that wasn't included in the original distribution.

It installs automatically by just answering a few questions, and includes a web-based management system for doing things like setting up your office extensions, etc. Full instructions are included on the CD, along with a quick start guide which will help you get things going immediately.

Minimum System Requirements:

A 500Mhz Pentium class or higher PC
Standard Ethernet Card (Ethernet port)
25gb Hard Drive (Warning: Will be Formatted during the installation!)
256mb Memory (RAM) (512mb recommended)
To connect and make calls over the PSTN (standard analog phone line) you will need at least one FXO port and one FXS port.
You do not need any special hardware to make calls over a voip connection!

Auction Terms of Sale:

Your Bid is a Contract - Winning bidders enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item up for auction.
If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 5 days, item will be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the sellers sole discretion, and an unpaid strike will be issued.

Payment Information:

The winning bidder will receive an invoice sent to the email address on file with EBay, and will include a link
to submit payment online to complete the transaction. We can accept payments in the following ways:

Buyer Requirements:

All auctions require the following:
- No "non-paying bidder" strikes received within the last 15 days.
Bidder Requirements for Auctions over $100.00:
- No "non-paying bidder" strikes in the last 30 days.
- EBay account must be older than 30 days.
Bidder Requirements for Auctions over $1000.00
- EBay account must be older than 90 days.
- No "non-paying bidder" strikes in the last 90 days.
- No negative feedback received in the last 90 days.

Shipping Policy:

All items will be shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS, unless another method is requested by the winning bidder.
A tracking number will be provided upon request.
International shipments require prior approval, so please check with us BEFORE bidding if you are located outside the United States.
All shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Auctions may include a flat-rate charge for shipping and handling.
Insurance is required on all purchases over $100.00 (as all auctions are automatically insured to a value of $100.00)
Orders are usually shipped on the same or next business day (before 4:00PM CST) after full payment has been received and confirmed.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses unless it's been requested and confirmed before bidding.
Signature of receiver is required for proof of delivery unless otherwise noted.

Returns and Refunds Policy: DOA Guarantee: 7 days

We value your business and want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. In the unlikely event of a problem with the item, bidders must contact us regarding the issue to request an returned merchandise authorization number (RMA).

All returns MUST HAVE an RMA number or they will be refused and returned at the customer's expense. RMA numbers must be clearly written in large print on the outside of the packaging or they may be refused.
Defective merchandise can be exchanged for the exact same item only, if returned by the customer within 30 days of receipt of item, and only after receiving the returned item from the customer (with RMA number).
Cash refunds are only offered in certain circumstances, at our sole descretion, and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All merchandise must be in the same condition when first shipped to customer to be accepted. Items must be in like-new (resalable) condition, be undamaged, include all original packaging and materials, including manuals, warranty forms, cables and accessories, etc.
Software sales are not refundable.
All Intangible items (i.e., "digital delivery" items, etc.) are not refundable.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred from shipping items back.
Returns must be insured (if valued over $100.00), at the Customer's expense.
In no circumstances we can take back physically damaged items. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use or wrong packaging when shipping item back. All product serial numbers must match our records to be accepted or they will be refused.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange as a result of misunderstandings, listing typos or other similar errors.

Product Warranty Information:

Many of our auctions are covered by the Manufacturer's warranties, however customers are responsible for contact us with questions regarding warranty issues before bidding.

Technical/Product Support Policy:

We always make a reasonable effort to answer any technical questions you may have before or after the sale. In order to keep costs down, which allows us to offer the highest quality item's for auction at the lowest possible price, we do not include the cost of providing support in the items starting auction price, however customers may purchase technical support on a per-incident basis if needed. We assume no liability for the damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use or misuse of our advises or technical suggestions.
