The QuickTime Video Conferencing Camera also introduced the QuickTime Media Conferencing software which allowed real-time collaboration with video, audio, and transmission of still images, text and ‘whiteboard’ capability via local-area, wide-area, ISDN and ATM networks. Cross-platform connectivity was available via the H.320 teleconferencing standard. The ‘Pro’ Conferencing kit was available for approximately $1800 which included the camera, software, an H.320/ISDN NuBus card and a telephone-style handset.
