With a record of 100% positive response and a member since 1999, we were very proud of our rating until recently when the winner of one of our sales decided to give us a negative response after supposedly not receiving their item. They did NOT try to contact us. Which is directly against \'s rules. I would have gladly refunded their money, but they did not give us a chance to. Very sad and disappointing when members can\'t play by the rules. Please do not offer on our items if you are not going to play by the rules. So frustrating!

Payment

We accept PayPal only. Payment should be received immediately for Buy It Now listings, and within four days for sale listings. If we have not received payment or an email requesting more time within four days, an unpaid item report will be filed and item will be re-listed. Domestic packages are sent via USPS, UPS or FedEx with tracking and delivery confirmation. We ship only to US confirmed addresses.
