Well I have been there before as well. That is why for your convenience I am offeringthis well thought out tool system that even I use every day to service vintage mac.
1. All bits are inside of the handle, that is where they stay so you do not lose them.2. Driver tool is made out of Red Anodized - Air Craft Aluminum, so you know its built to last.3. Driver Bit size is STANDARD precision 4mm, incase you would like to re configure your bit storage.4. Extension is made from sleeved braided flex steel, so you are guaranteed to not only have the length you needto access those pesky T15 screws in the handle you have flexibility for normal human hand movement. 5. Extension and Driver has neodymium magnet bit holder.
Another reason i am offering this, is for your MAC\'s sake... I cant tell you how many timespeople send in their analog board with a completely busted ferrite slug inside the vertical deflection inductor coilits not like you can get these slugs any more... because you cant.
-- so this tool has the specific exact allen size for this inductor slug, so you can adjust it without jamming the wrong tool in there and breaking it to bits, those ferrite slugs are brittle.-- Should have all bits needed to properly adjust the screen geometry with all black and white Mac\'s-- Color Classic analog board you will still use a plastic CRT alignment tool, for all those RGB pots.or you can use a basic allen wrench of the proper size if you are careful.
also the tool is limited to hold what seems to be a maximum of 9 bits, if you configure the bits just so, you might be able to get one more in there. There is also a smaller Torx bit included that fits some vintage hard drives incase you need to open themto revive the stiction from the degraded rubber turning to goo, sticking the head parked, so it wont move. witch is so common with those 20/40/80 meg quantum vintage hard drives.
Also this is a side project for my wife.Something she is doing to help out me and the vintage mac community at the same time.
