This MacBook Pro is snappy fast but has some issues you need to know about before offerding.
It seems the person that had this before me had some gorilla try and change the battery and they scratched some traces on the motherboard and because of that the following things don\'t work.
I can\'t get any sound, and I can\'t adjust the screen brightness or volume with the top row of keys. I have taken this keyboard off and put it on another Macbook Pro and it worked fine. All the keys worked fine. So I know it\'s not the keyboard.
If you look at the picture of the motherboard I zoomed in on an area next to the battery bay it there is a significant chip on the motherboard and I\'m assuming this is what\'s causing no signal to the sound port and no signal to brightness control.
There may be other issues present but in my limited testing it runs snappy fast but simply has no sound and has no brightness control.
Does not come with a charger and does not come with a battery.
If you are buying this to use and not for parts please know you do need a 85 watt charger to run this model without a battery.
It does run fine with out the battery, but has the above issues (and potentially more).
Screen is really gorgeous though. It\'s the better Matte display. Which is a plus.
