We only ship via UPS, if you have a problem with something being shipped via UPS do not bid on this auction.

Buyer pays for all shipping costs. Shipping includes professional packing & insurance. We cannot ship to a P.O. BOX, APO, FPO, etc. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We will not ship on your account. You will be responsible for any customs/duties/taxes/broker fees/etc that are incurred. We do not know what these fees are and have no way to calculate them. You will need to speak to your local customs office if you have questions about these fees.
If you receive an item that we have guaranteed against DOA, and it is Dead On Arrival, please notify us immediately. We will then instruct you on how to return the item for an exchange or refund. If an item is returned for any reason other than it not working, we will impose a 15% restocking fee and shipping/handling will not be refunded. We will not accept any returns without an RMA Number on the box, we will provide you with an RMA number when we discuss your return.

We do not reimburse fees you may have incurred from testing/diagnosing/shipping items.

International Customers: Please be aware, if you are returning an item we do not refund shipping/handling or bank fees. You are responsible for returning the item and paying for return shipping.
Due to the large volume of transactions we complete on eBay, we are physically unable to leave feedback on every single transaction. We have an automated system that leaves feedback once we have received feedback.

We Reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that does not comply with our terms listed in this auction. Our payment terms are not negotiable. Payment must be received within 7 days of close of auction. If we are shipping this item to a location in Texas, we will have to charge sales tax (8.25%). If you are tax exempt, you will need to fax us a copy of your certificate, at (512) 873-0745 (this only applies to Texas shipments).
