This card is nearly brand new and was used only briefly in one of our servers. When we upgraded the server, we switched RAID controllers and had no need of this one. It works great and I'll honor a 14 day return policy should you have any issues whatsoever (you cover shipping). I'm not a power seller so my personal eBay reputation is extremely important to me (check my 100% satisfaction rating). This card is solid. It comes in the box it came in along with the Storage Storage Manager CD version 5.3.
