I try hard to keep the costs down, however I must take into consideration shipping rates and costs of shipping materials as well time to take packages to the post office. I charge a flat rate no matter where you are in the USA even if it means me taking a loss. I get tracking on all packages, I try to pack the items very well however once I ship I can no longer be responsible for them as it is out of my hands.
