you are bidding on a 2 month old AT&T 2Wire Gateway DSL Wireless Modem/Router 2701HG-B. I went to U-Verse and I dont need this one. It comes with power adaptor and phone connector. I will throw in a high quality ethernet cable too. I do not have instructions or CD but you can download the directions. Plug and Play.
