Item Condition This listing is for a lot of 15 Samsung Tablets with cracked screens ranging in severity from light to heavy. Some of the units may have display issues due to the cracks. Each unit has been data wiped and restored to default factory settings. They may show additional signs of use, including scratches and dents on the screen and back casing. Warranty

For functionality, this item comes with a 60 day warranty from the date of delivery. If a problem occurs, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to assist, we will issue an RMA form, and in some cases a prepaid label to have the item sent back for a replacement. If a replacement is needed, the same model will be sent.

If an item cannot be replaced due to lack of inventory, a full refund will be issued in place of an exchange.

If an item needs to be returned due to functionality issues or damage from shipping, images may need to be sent through the member to member communication system.

Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 1-3 business days, depending on the extent of testing required.

The original unit must be sent back before a replacement can be sent.
