I’m scaling down some of my equipment.This is my personal Mac Pro desktop machine. I purchased it brand new from an Apple store years ago. Everything is stock in the machine and it has never been upgraded. This machine was used for mostly office type work with some light audio editing and recording thanks to it’s built in Firewire ports. I never had the need to upgrade the RAM so I’ll leave that up to you. A few years ago a brand new power supply was installed. I have just installed a brand new, yes brand new, 1 TB Western Digital Hard Drive (manufacturing date of March 2017). I have also just installed a brand new BIOS battery. In addition, I just installed El Capitan (the newest officially supported Mac OS version) onto that 1TB Hard Drive to get you started, however, I’m including the two original factory restore discs that came with this machine so you’ll have those too.

This sale comes with the Mac Pro itself, original Mac Pro restore discs, original power cable, original packaging box, and nothing else. I’m keeping the keyboard and mouse.

Shipping is calculated and this is approximately 52 lbs. It’s large, heavy, and ships in the original box.

This is probably one of the nicest 2008 Mac Pros you will find if you’re looking to get one of these machines and max upgrade it. It has had one owner and was purchased brand new. The pictures were taken on carpet, but the unit has spent it’s entirety on an elevated desk with at least 12 inches of clearance on both sides and nothing in front or behind the unit.
