SHIPPING & RETURNS:- We will only despatch to the countries specified in this listing.All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class.The Royal Mail collect at around 11am each morning, orders placed in the evening are normally dispatched the following day, unless the warehouse is really busy , in which case it may be dispatched the following day. The same applies to orders received after 11am each day. Monday's are the busiest day, with order coming in from over the weekend.

Please note that although Royal Mail first class will normally get there within 2 days, they do state that you should allow up to 5 days.

Returns Policy

• We are responsible for orders reaching the customer, orders failing to be delivered will be re-sent at our expense.
• Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery.
• Faulty products can be returned directly to us and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued.
• If a returned product is found to be not faulty, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
• Orders will not be accepted for return if they are not faulty.
