We use FedEx – FedEx Ground is our main method of shipping. If you need it faster we can do it, but it’ll obviously cost a bit more. Call or email for a custom shipping quote. Most products will ship the same day, and if you have an immediate need, just shoot over an email and we'll take care of you.Posted shipping prices are for the lower 48 United States of America. If you live or work outside of the U.S. usually the costs of shipping are cost prohibitive -- especially on the larger product. You can ask for an shipping quote, but we cannot guarantee that you’ll like the number we give.

RETURNS

Let’s keep this simple. We offer 30-Days from the delivery date. If you get it and it’s DOA -- let us know. We’ll check, and if it is under warranty from HP, that’ll be where we point you. If it’s not, then we’ll come to a solution that works for both of us. We’ll treat you fairly, that we can promise.If you receive the item and simply decide you no longer desire it, or discover you’ve ordered the wrong part, we’ll work with you. Send it back on your own dime – and we’ll refund you straight away, but we will charge a 25% re-stock fee. Steep, we know.
